We design and manufacture high-performance infrared optical components, combining material expertise, precision fabrication, and scalable production to meet the demands of advanced systems.

Our product portfolio includes infrared windows, lenses (plano, meniscus, cylindrical), optical blanks and substrates, prisms, and fully custom optical components—available in standard formats or engineered to exact specifications.

These components support a wide range of applications, including infrared spectroscopy, thermal imaging, industrial laser systems, process monitoring and automation, scientific instrumentation, and advanced photonic and quantum platforms, where optical performance, durability, and consistency are critical.

Manufacturing is executed with rigorous process control and attention to detail at every stage. Capabilities include custom fabrication and precision machining, followed by optical grinding and polishing to 60–40 standard, with 40–20 available for higher-performance requirements. We maintain tight dimensional tolerances and repeatable production processes, ensuring consistency from prototype through volume manufacturing.

Additional finishing processes such as edge detailing and precision beveling are integrated to meet mechanical and handling requirements, while infrared coating integration (including 10.6 µm and LWIR) enables application-specific optical performance.
